WARRANTY Conditions.

Avenger 4x4 Australia P/L warrants Avenger Top canopies purchased from Avenger 4x4 Australia P/L for a period of 12 months from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferrable from the original purchaser and cannot be claimed by third parties..

A4x4A -  meaning Avenger 4x4 Australia P/L

• All warranty work MUST be carried out by A4x4A  or a representative assigned by A4x4A at their premises.
• We do not guarantee 100 % against water leaks due to the way pickup truck beds are made and do not warranty using an over lip ute liner.
• Warranty does not cover the paintwork to the vehicle.
• We will only offer a water leak warranty if the top is fitted by our trained technicians.
• Any transportation costs involving any warranty work will be responsible of the owner/customer
• A4x4A does not cover natural wear and tear or damage to any part of the vehicle where an addition or attachment of an aftermarket product is made to or fitted to.
• Labor costs to any A4x4A products is not covered.
• Any alterations or work carried out to an A4x4A product without the consent of A4x4A shall void this warranty.
• If a water leak occurs all diagnoses and rectification work must be carried out at our factory.
• Transport damage is NOT covered by A4x4A under any circumstances.
• Loss of income, use or enjoyment while undergoing warranty work is NOT covered by A4x4A
• Any damage in a result of exceeding the carrying capacity, misuse or negligence by the customer will not be covered under warranty.
• Any warranty claims made must be supported by an original tax invoice. If and before any warranty claim is made materials needed to support a claim are : original tax invoice, canopy serial numbers, digital images of any defects and a minimum of 2 repair quotes within 30 days of warranty initiation or warranty will become void
• This warranty does not extend to inconsequential or incidental damage including but not limited to damage to customers vehicle, goods, cargo or any other party or property.
• A4x4A may choose to repair any A4x4A component or product rather than replace it.
• All nuts and bolts, fixtures and fittings must be checked at monthly intervals and tightened if necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, our products are warranted to be free of material defects and workmanship while in the legal possession of the original owner. Any items considered to be defective should be returned to A4x4A for inspection at the purchases expense. All claims need to be in writing. The repair or replacement of the product remains solely at the discretion by our company. All products finishes, including polishing; powder coating; etc are not subject to this warranty.

Exclusion from warranty; our company does not warrant that the products sold by the company comply with the laws of the country in which they are purchased or used. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ascertain whether products comply with local laws. We shall not be liable for any other claim including claims arising from incorrect fitment, product modification, and fault design, the use of the product and any indirect special or consequential damage or injury to any person, company or entity. The warranty is excluded if any product sold by us is modified in appearance (including customs fitting in any way) or operation without express written consent by us.

Warning: Some Vehicles are equipped with Airbags. The installation of our products could alter the vehicles crumple zone and operational characteristics of the airbag. Warranties do not covers goods purchased for industrial, mining or agricultral use.
